Your first question is what is this?  Well this is the newest travel site for travelers out there!!! All you need is a T-Shirt!  So there are a few ways this works:
1. You can see somebody wearing a WHERESWILLITS T-shirt and report where you saw them (this is called a spotting)
2. You can request a T-Shirt and the next available number will be yours, and you can start wearing your WHERESWILLITS T-shirt around
3. If you are one of the lucky first 100 you probably already have a T-shirt and you can sign up and start putting in your trip information (you're an official Bagger!)
4. You can search different Baggers numbers to see their travel trail, including where and when they have been spotted
